Welcome
This is the first post on our new blog. We will be using these pages to help us document the building of our new school.
This first aerial photograph, was stitched together from images captured at Microsoft Live Maps. It shows what the site looked like before some of the buildings on the campus were demoloshed.
Our second, interactive map, from Quikmaps.com, is tagged to show our School Site as it was when building work began.
We hope you will come back to visit us soon.

Posted March 2, 2007, 2:44 amI have no knowledege of what a blog is but if it will enable people to stay in touch with what is happening on the campus – GREAT!
This year is going to see changes which will steer the future of the next fifty years for the community of Hartcliffe – they have waited so long! But those of us who have been involved over the past decade (or so) have always wanted the community involved and taking ownership of any changes.
I think it will be wierd moving into the new school but I’m so excited to be joint with hecc and new fossway it will be grate.
Posted March 21, 2007, 12:56 pmIt will be amazing but I wish we were having a swimming pool.
Posted March 29, 2007, 12:43 pmIt would be great if everything could be together on our site – but that is very unfair for the city. We are getting a new school with sports hall and fantastic motor vehicle, beauty saloon, drama hall and safe outdoor play spaces. The swimming pool will only be across the road on Hengrove Park!
Posted April 2, 2007, 1:49 amWe mustnt be greedy!
We are getting so much and I agree with Shannon it is going to be so exciting.
Thank you to everyone who has helped this project over the years and I am looking forward to that party when we open!
It would be amazing to be in a new school, but I wont be around to see it from the inside, I want to come back and take a look.
